Six years of enterprise CRM administration — plus a production multi-GPU AI cluster I built and run from home. I keep CRMs clean, workflows automated, and the manual parts of your business handed to systems that actually work.
A full audit of your CRM before the mess costs you more.
Turn a three-week PowerPoint report into a one-day dashboard — literally my track record at Manulife.
Agents and automations wired into your GTM stack — running on infrastructure I operate every day.
Hourly as needed: $40–60/hr Salesforce admin · $60–100/hr AI & infrastructure — or a monthly retainer once we find the rhythm. Tell me what's broken →
Mackenzie's first technical job was in 2012, keeping desktops and servers running for a string of school districts in Cleveland. In 2013 he moved to Boston and joined Goji (formerly Consumer United), where he took over Salesforce administration end to end — dialing strategy, IVR, a DocuSign integration built over API, and the multi-join SQL that caught internal fraud.
The mid-2010s were a stretch: CTO of a mobile entertainment startup, contract work at WGBH and YearUp, and a blockchain support role out of Zurich helping launch an ICO. Different industries, same pattern — learn the system, find where it leaks, fix it.
In 2018 he joined Manulife Asset Management, where he installed Einstein Analytics and replaced a PowerPoint reporting cycle that took three weeks with a dashboard that takes one day. In 2019 he led the org-wide Salesforce onboarding at M Financial Group — built the CEO activity dashboard, streamlined the case process, trained every department, and earned his Salesforce Administrator certification.
From 2020 to 2026 he took a deliberate break as a primary caregiver — and kept his hands on real systems. He built and operates a multi-GPU home AI cluster serving local LLMs, founded a 24/7 live internet radio station with fully automated content and a real-time audio pipeline, and built the family web portal that runs it all. Not a hobby — infrastructure he runs every day.
Now he's back: remote-first, available focused hours weekly, references on request.
