Six years of enterprise CRM administration — plus a production multi-GPU AI cluster I built and run from home. I keep CRMs clean, workflows automated, and the manual parts of your business handed to systems that actually work.
Mackenzie's first technical job was in 2012, keeping desktops and servers running for a string of school districts in Cleveland. In 2013 she moved to Boston and joined Goji (formerly Consumer United), where she took over Salesforce administration end to end — dialing strategy, IVR, a DocuSign integration built over API, and the multi-join SQL that caught internal fraud.
The mid-2010s were a stretch: CTO of a mobile entertainment startup, contract work at WGBH and YearUp, and a blockchain support role out of Zurich helping launch an ICO. Different industries, same pattern — learn the system, find where it leaks, fix it.
In 2018 she joined Manulife Asset Management, where she installed Einstein Analytics and replaced a PowerPoint reporting cycle that took three weeks with a dashboard that takes one day. In 2019 she led the org-wide Salesforce onboarding at M Financial Group — built the CEO activity dashboard, streamlined the case process, trained every department, and earned her Salesforce Administrator certification.
From 2020 to 2026 she took a deliberate break as a primary caregiver — and kept her hands on real systems. She built and operates a multi-GPU home AI cluster serving local LLMs, founded a 24/7 live internet radio station with fully automated content and a real-time audio pipeline, and built the family web portal that runs it all. Not a hobby — infrastructure she runs every day.
